Hi there, my name is Atanas. If something went wrong with your experience, let's make it right.

We are a small local company that loves bringing joy to people. Sometimes, it is inevitable, stuff happens, and all goes south. Currently, we cannot offer free returns; however, we are committed to your happiness. We don't want you to be stuck with something that was delivered defective or that you don't love, so please, send it back to us, and we will give you a full refund within 15 days of the delivery date.

Please refer to the size guides provided in the product descriptions. If you are not sure about the sizing, contact us before ordering, wrongly ordered sizes would not be eligible for a return.

Buyer's remorse? Unfortunately, we cannot accept those returns yet. Maybe in the future, when we become huge like Nike, we will update this policy.

Carrier errors? Misplaced items? We are sorry, we wont be able to cover those mishaps.

How does the Return Magic Works?

Step 1- Contact us and tell us where did stuff go wrong?

Step 2- We are going to do magic to resolve the issue, if it is a defective item, we will do our best to replace it for free as soon as possible.

Step 3- If we go for a refund, you send us the product back.

Step 4- We refund you the dollar signs.
