Meet me
I' m glad you found me.
My name is Atanas and I love to dance.
Once, I walked into a small dance studio and brought back home the warmest feelings of all. I kept going back for more, until one day, my passion became my life.

In my first season of the show, I was paired with one of the most famous Pop singers in Vietnam- her name was Minh Hang. She was a great dancer with solid support from the Vietnamese audience we won the season.
Next year, I returned as a professional in the show only to find out that I was partnered with another singer- Bao Anh. We had a successful and fun season, but unfortunately, due to an injury, she had to withdraw from the show right before the semifinal night.
In my third and final season, I was paired with Oc Thanh Van- a famous actress. Together with Oc we have created some of the most memorable and meaningful shows, the inspiration for most we drew from our life struggles and successes. I will forever cherish this season.
early me
I started dancing at the age of 9 and have been doing it for 20 years now. Winning the Bulgarian National 10 Dance championship was a dream come true. From then on, I knew I would pursue a career in dance, and in ever looked back.
teaching life
After finishing my third season in Dancing with the Stars, I moved to the United States and started my teaching career. Soon after, I realized that teaching and coaching Pro-Am and Amateur students is one of the things I am most passionate about. My Pro-AM have won National and World titles and made finals in many major competitions. This year, at Seattle Star Ball, I was given the Top Teacher award.
WHY?
I do what I do?
I dance because I am obsessed with creating oneness with the music and sharing it with another human being. I teach to inspire more people to create experiences that will last a lifetime.
How?
I do it?
I believe that everyone can learn to dance and achieve perfection if given the right tools. My main tools for achieving success on the dance floor are understanding of the music and biomechanics.
